突然非常想吃韓國菜,於是大家在中環碼頭下船後,馬上轉乘天星小輪去尖沙咀韓國街覓食。同行朋友推薦漢城,但大家坐下後才發現她根本沒吃過(道聽塗說的人XD)<br />

辣炒年糕(떡볶이)(HK$50)-平常最多做的韓國菜,漢城美食也做得不錯,至少辣味還在XD 我有吃過完完全全迎合香港人口味的甜年糕…實在是大開眼界。五十元對於慣了自己做的我還是貴了,但比起其他的餐廳,五十元確實是合理價錢。<br />

在逛完外圍,再被工作人員拉著拍了奇異的造型照後,終於進到鬥牛場內部。當下第一個反應就是覺得超壯觀!<br />

特意拍了一張全景照。左邊有陰影的座位是較貴的位子,而白色的那一個包廂則是皇室專用。右邊的位子因為很熱(真的非常熱,我都快要中暑了...),售價較低,最便宜只需五歐元!大家也可以看到,在非鬥牛日根本沒甚麼遊客,但在比賽日,這個可容納三萬人的鬥牛場有時會座無虛席。<br />

看著鬥牛場,我除了感嘆這裡的宏偉,更多的是為一條條生命逝去感的悲哀,audio guide播著的卻是西班牙人對鬥牛文化的驕傲。那種感覺,很違和,卻充分彰顯出世上文化的多元。對大多數人來說,鬥牛只是一項殘忍的競技項目;但對西班牙人來說,鬥牛是至高無上的國粹。那生死一刻間的角力較量,被海明威稱之為「死亡的藝術」。<br />

除了食物,我想推薦Assaggio Trattoria Italiana的另一個原因,是它可以飽覽維多利亞港美景!的確,在維港兩岸有很多餐廳都能夠有同樣的美景,可是一般來說海景餐廳都貴得嚇人,而且食物質素不一定值得你付那麼多!所以,如果能用合理的價錢吃到好吃的,又能看到美景,不是正剛好嗎?</div>

話說喔,克羅地亞的食物普遍比較鹹。朋友吃了一口這個Tartar後,驚叫說太鹹,我們還說這裡食物本來就比較鹹啊。後來每個人都嚐了一口…<br />

由前警察宿舍改建而成的文創地標「PMQ 元創方」,五月開放以來快速成為了香港的新景點,以香港首個週末夜市作招徠,也吸引了不少在地客。倒是向來慢一拍的我,明明公司離這裡只有10分鐘路程,卻一直沒有來過。</div>

PMQ尚未全面開放,而且這家Sohofama只開業了不夠一個星期,連告示板都沒有寫餐廳名家。結果找啊找,找到了這個在雜誌上看過的地方,就知道我走對了。<br />

半露天用餐區,是外國流行的 edible garden,種植的農作物可供觀賞及立刻食用。<br />

啊原來後門在這裡。大家如果想進去餐廳的話,其實可以從G.O.D店鋪直入餐廳。因為這家<a href="https://www.facebook.com/sohofama" target="_blank">Sohofama</a>,正是<a href="http://www.god.com.hk/" target="_blank">G.O.D</a>和<a href="http://locofama.com/" target="_blank">Locofama</a>聯營的。來過香港的遊客應該對G.O.D不陌生,是香港本土文化重要的推手。而Locofama則是香港去年大熱的餐廳,主打有機食物。<br />

餐廳燈光和氣氛不錯,只是整家餐廳似乎只有一個人懂講粵語,其他一律都是外國人。在香港,用英文點餐當然不是什麼新奇事,然而在一家吃中菜的餐廳也要如此,倒是奇怪了。<br />

定定神看菜單,真相大白。原來Sohofama主打的是tapas式的中菜。<br />
接著我的問題又來了:在崇尚個人主義的歐美,share food當然是一個新穎的概念。然而中菜本來走的就是分享的路線啊,你什麼時候有看過吃中餐是自己點自己的?<br />

說實話,看到菜單和價錢,心裡已經有點覺得Sohofama是故弄玄虛。<br />

四個人都不算餓,所以只點了幾樣。<br />
首先來的,是這道醉雞。<br />
而先讓我驚訝的,是它的份量!<br />
<br />
大抵是執著於tapas的概念,對於這道醉雞索價$138,我承認心裡面的小算盤出現了。<br />
酒味濃,雞也沒有雪藏味道。可是肉質完全不嫩,百多元,還是收貴了。<br />

有了醉雞的心理準備,對其他菜倒覺得有驚喜。<br />
這道小籠包,麵皮香,肉也甜,讓我吃得滿意。<br />

而這道麻婆豆腐,絕對是亮點。平常在街上吃到的麻婆豆腐,大多只有辣沒有麻,今天吃到的麻婆豆腐,真的是近兩年吃到最好了。<br />

下道來的是蔥爆羊肉。在這之前,有個小插曲。<br />
也許是剛開業幾天吧,侍應分別兩次上了我們沒點的菜,第一次還很堅持我們有點,後來發現都是隔壁桌的。新開業可以原諒,但老實說,餐廳加起來只有十桌,弄錯了桌號實在說不過去。<br />

說回蔥爆羊肉,有水準,不過師傅到底下了多少勺油?<br />

最後上桌的是餐廳主打醬茶鴨,皮脆肉酥,不錯吃。<br />

其實還點了炒飯,只是沒有拍照。四個人吃了一千港元,價錢ok,量除了醉雞外也ok。只是感覺和G.O.D一樣,概念先行,略嫌華而不實,和本店Locofama更是相差太遠。<br />

暫時列入觀察名單。但短期內,沒有再回來的欲望了。<br />

我很喜歡逛市場。怕髒的我若果要在菜市場和超級市場,應該還是會選菜市場。<br />
傳統市場的人情味和笑容,是明亮乾淨的超級市場無法取代的。<br />
<a name='more'></a>在英國最喜歡去<a href="http://boroughmarket.org.uk/" target="_blank">Borough Market</a>,幾乎是每次到倫敦也要去拜訪,而朋友來倫敦亦是大大推薦。就連在我居住的中部小城市,我和室友買菜也多會到菜市場,畢竟又便宜又新鮮!<br />

雖然說在La Boqueria走走停停也能吃到不少美食,但來到以海鮮料理聞名的國家,不吃海鮮總說不過去。市場內的海鮮餐廳走seafood bar的路線,不過有位子坐。餐牌上有著西、英兩語,不怕看不懂(哎是說前兩天在餐廳點餐還要打手語XDD)</div>

話說前幾天我們在巴塞隆拿一家吃tapas的人氣餐廳吃飯,想點扇貝可是發現英語menu完全沒有。<br />

朋友死心不息說:「剛才還看到有人在吃,怎麼會沒有?」<br />
我:「你那麼想吃,問侍應就好啦!」<br />

結果西班牙老伯伯聽懂了其他的英語單詞,唯獨是聽不懂scallops!<br />

這個時候,看得出來真的很想吃扇貝的朋友居然直接伸出手模仿了扇貝殼開關的動作…<br />

去年和<a href="http://www.itsmandyw.com/2014/01/beans.html" target="_blank">移民去澳洲、多年未見的中學同學</a>和其他同學一起去南丫島住了一晚。大家一是很久沒去甚或是從來沒去過南丫島,每樣事物都覺得甚為新奇。爬上山參觀完風采發電站,走上旁邊的涼亭看風景,就拍下了這一片夕陽。</div>

源自日本東京的<a href="http://www.enmaru.com.hk/" target="_blank">「炎丸」居酒屋</a>,今年初在銅鑼灣的時代廣場開業了。<br />
對「炎丸」不認識,但看日本小說總是會嚮往居酒屋那種氛圍。周五晚上下班後,一起去居酒屋喝酒吃飯,多麼愜意啊。<br />

<a name='more'></a>據說東京「炎丸」於2010年在全日本居酒屋比賽中,擊敗其餘千多間對手,勇奪「日本一」的殊榮。不知來到香港,又能不能成為「香港一」呢?<br />

「炎丸」的亮點就是中間這個開放式爐端燒,鮮魚都會放在這邊即叫即燒,這陣勢在日本也不常見,實在是大開眼界。我們被安排坐在烤爐前面,近距離觀看燒物的過程。</div>

據網頁介紹說,<span style="background-color: yellow;">燒製食物時選用的是備長炭,所產生的遠紅外線能夠令食物外脆內軟,再配合直立式燒烤,更能有效鎖住肉汁。</span></div>

中國有句說話叫「酒香不怕巷子深」,用來形容這間Zinfandel,實在最好不過。<br />
<a name='more'></a>去過Split的人都知道,小城雖然不大,巷子卻真的是蜿蜒曲折,一不小心就會在巷弄之間迷了路,連向來被稱為「人版Google map」的我也不能倖免。<br />

Airbnb的主人向我們推薦了幾間餐廳,其中一間就是Zinfandel。拿著Google map找啊找,明明只是3分鐘的路程,我們差不多找了半個小時。<br />

開業不夠兩年,Zinfandel卻早已成為Split當地的人氣餐廳。晚飯時間,餐廳坐無虛席。<br />

個人覺得Zinfandel的紛圍很棒,因為店面設計是走西班牙Tapas bar的路線,即使談天說地也不用太過拘謹。而且食材都很新鮮,雖然創意一般,來Split的話還是大力推薦!<br />

四人點了兩人份的下午餐set,再單點兩件甜點。時常覺得Ladurée的甜點都很可憐,無論它們有多好吃多好看,大家都只會記得Ladurée的明星產品馬卡龍,完全無視家族其他成員(嗚 明明就一點不輸馬卡龍<br />

第一件甜點-開心果口味的Harmonie (£6)。一件大Size的開心果Macaron,加上開心果口味的奶油再加上草莓和紅莓,出乎意料地清爽。若果你愛開心果,一定要試這個!<br />

三種口味的可頌(香港叫牛角包): <span style="background-color: yellow;">原味、巧克力開心果和巧克力</span>。圓圓的有砂糖在上面的是法式奶油麵包Brioche。在英國時,很多個早上都是口咬著一個<span style="background-color: yellow;">Brioche</span>,匆匆忙忙趕回去上課。<br />

至於最底層的甜點,我沒有拍全部,因為早已被這個<span style="background-color: yellow;">Ispahan</span>吸引!那麼多的法式甜點,Ispahan絕對是我的最愛,沒有之一。Ispahan其實是另一家法式甜點店Pierre Herme的名品,不過我比較喜愛Ladurée沒那麼甜的版本。外表像是珠寶般精緻的Ispahan,代表的是一個以玫瑰味Macaron為基調,再加入紅莓和荔枝肉的甜品,配上一塊有假露珠的玫瑰花瓣,簡直不捨得吃下肚去。<br />

其他的甜點分別是<span style="background-color: yellow;">百香果塔</span>、充滿著巧克力香的<span style="background-color: yellow;">Elysées</span>和以榛子為主的<span style="background-color: yellow;">Plasir Sucré</span>。<br />

地勤人員的態度一開始就<b>超差</b>,因為我們去程和回程地點不一樣,一直問我要從Dubrovnik到Split的機票。我說了幾遍我們打算坐land transport,沒有機票,她就覺得我說謊,開始檢查我護照問我為什麼沒有簽證,我說我拿香港護照本來就不用簽證啊!最後打電話給她主管確認才肯幫我辦登機手續。我拿的手提行李箱,稍微有經驗的地勤人員都知道不可能會超過限制,也非得我親自拿去量再回櫃檯才悻悻然把護照還給我。整個過程我感覺她就是一直刁難我,讓我超生氣。<br />
<br />
然後!!!網上check-in居然要付錢,不然就要去機場排隊。是說在商業角度來看,叫顧客自己在網上check-in不是更能節省成本嗎?所以近幾年Monarch客量一直下跌,虧本、削減人手,原來不是偶然。<br />

平平凡凡的一家廉航,沒什麼特別。飛往巴塞隆拿那程很準時,但飛回倫敦delay了一個小時。因為最後還是能趕上原訂回中部的大巴,所以就算了XDD 坐廉航其實也會有delay的心理準備吧…<br />

啊對了,Vueling的網站某些頁面沒有英文,不論你怎麼按都還是西班牙文XD 然後某些航班若然你不是拿歐盟護照就不能提早check-in,必須要到機場辦理。<br />

向來喜歡吃韓國菜的我,久聞安東元祖奶奶雞多時,卻一直沒有機會嘗試。<br />

餐牌選擇不算多,首先點了明洞冷麵($48),麵條口感配上爽脆的青瓜絲和辣醬,是道非常好的開胃涼菜,驚喜!<br />

吃完涼麵後,招牌菜辛安東元祖奶奶雞就上桌了。到底安東奶奶雞是什麼呢?餐牌說明:「嚐遍天下珍饈味,唯獨元祖安東雞。八十年代初,韓國慶尚北道安東市雞肉市場,奶奶醬油辣雞,元祖於此,取名安東雞。」<br />

涼麵帶來驚喜,對招牌菜期望當然更大。但結果非常失望!說實話,如果這是招牌菜,我也能夠開餐廳了吧,比我平常煮韓式晚餐的味道要差得遠。雞肉煮得老,配菜甚至像沒煮熟,醬汁只留在表面。而整道菜過鹹,下面的水晶粉則更鹹,將一道名菜做成這樣,安東奶奶該生氣了…<br />

最後一道咖哩芝士年糕,催了兩次才上桌。一向喜歡韓式年糕,有段時間甚至一星期煮三次,不過咖哩芝士年糕倒是第一次吃到。味道蠻好,QQ的年糕配上香濃的咖哩,灑上芝士讓整道菜更香。奉勸人多才點,不然很膩。<br />

侍應非常細心幽默,因為menu大多是意大利菜名寫成,他便不厭其煩地為我們將整個menu講解一遍。在講解酒的時候也很細心聆聽我們的要求再推薦,結果還蠻合心意的。<br />

吃完主菜還是有點意猶未盡,所以雖然我心很急想德國快點進球把世界盃贏回來,還是點了甜點。<br />

檸檬燉蛋 (£8) -你知道嗎?直到現在這一刻我還是能想起它的味道。蛋香配上檸檬香,再加上那一球香草冰淇淋和堅果,吃進口裡層次豐富,口感各異,卻又起到互補的作用。大家也一致讚賞!<br />

看到這裡,不知道大家有沒有覺得奇怪,為什麼我有幾道菜都只打了菜名,卻沒有打任何評語呢?<br />

其實這剛好應了今天文章的主題:「名廚也下凡」。<br />

Union Street Cafe的食物味道不差,甚至是好吃的。但除了好吃,我想不到其他更特別的評價。所有東西(兩道甜點除外)味道都是意料之內的穩定,卻沒有驚喜。以Ramsay這樣一位有個性的廚師來說,其實我期望得更多。可能熟悉英國餐廳的人會說:「哎,<a href="http://www.jamieoliver.com/italian/" target="_blank">Jamie's Italian</a>不也是這樣?」<br />
<br />
但這根本不一樣啊,Jamie Oliver向來走的是平民化路線,看他的飲食節目會有共鳴感。但Ramsay是米其林星級廚師,如果只滿足於Union Street Cafe的水平,就太令人失望了。(喔,不過他去年好像在希斯路機場也開了店...)<br />
<br />
總的來說,要是想以非常合理的價錢去沾沾名廚的光,那我會很推薦Union Street Cafe。即使不說名廚,十多鎊的主菜在倫敦算得上便宜了。但如果你和我一樣期望不只於此,那就不必特別過來了,倫敦有更多更好的選擇。<br />

上面不是有說那天是世界盃決賽,餐廳沒什麼客人嗎?作為德國球迷的我當然早有準備,拿著電話在看BBC直播。義大利帥哥服務員在點餐時就有瞟到我的電話,結果整頓飯我不斷感覺到有許多人在我後面走來走去,我一轉頭他們就裝沒看見,服務也非常殷勤XDDD 帥哥半場時還走來問我比數,我說:「喔還是沒有入球」他超失望走開!<br />

到最後我離開準備衝回酒店看剩餘的下半場,門口的服務生(也是有份走來走去的一分子)還笑得超開心暗示我要報告最新比數給他聽!結果我也笑得超開心跟他講拜拜 XDD 實在是壞孩子<br />

不過最後還是羸了啦 :D<br />

今次吃的不是炸豬排,而是烤豬頸肉配馬鈴薯佐蒜蓉醬。Menu特別強調馬鈴薯是以Krakow當地手法烹調,但其實對我來說,它就是一堆比平常更好吃的馬鈴薯XDD 不過那個蒜蓉醬真的好吃,非常濃郁的蒜香配上豬肉上的黑椒,整道菜吃起來味道很豐富。<br />

很久以前已經在網上看過這家傳統的大食堂,一直想去看看。奈何這次巴黎之行與媽媽一起,盡量想減少排隊或者是步行太多的次數,所以沒有將Chartier排進計劃裡頭。<br />
<a name='more'></a>怎料媽媽的朋友說帶我們去一家頗為傳統的法國餐廳去吃晚飯,正好就是Chartier! 而且平常超多人排隊的餐廳,在當天居然連位子都不用等就能直接入座,簡直是「得來全不費功夫」嘛XDD<br />

Bouillon,在法語解作「食堂」,而開張於1896年的<a href="http://www.bouillon-chartier.com/en/" target="_blank">Bouillon Chartier</a>則是最有名氣的一家。不同於米芝蓮餐廳的華麗、拘謹,Bouillon們在過往的百多年中都以性價比極高的食物和輕鬆的用餐環境吸引著巴黎平民。<br />

餐廳內本地客和觀光客都有,絕對不是只做遊客生意的餐廳。<br />

Chartier的服務生個個行色匆匆,但不需要揚手召喚他們,只需要耐心等一會,貌似完全沒在意聽你說話的服務生會在轉瞬之間把你要的菜點好,再在轉瞬之間上菜,動作真的超快。不過要留意的是,菜單只寫法語,不諳法語的話可以先在<a href="http://www.bouillon-chartier.com/en/menu" target="_blank">這裡</a>查好你想點的菜)<br />

上菜大概只用了三分鐘吧!<br />
首先上來的是最有名的油封鴨腿配馬鈴薯(Confit de canard pommes grenailles)。油封(confit)是法國傳統烹飪技法,將食材浸泡在油脂中保存,凝固之後可以保存數月之久。在上桌前先將鴨肉烤一烤,去除油份,整道菜吃起來油而不膩。而馬鈴薯吸收了鴨油的香氣,吃起來是極香。<br />

這道Grilled rumpsteak味道則是一般,沒有特別深刻的印象。倒是一大塊牛排加一大堆薯條,十分符合食堂的定位。<br />

這個燉牛肉是出乎意料地好吃。蕃茄味的醬汁酸酸甜甜,中和了牛肉的飽膩感。再加上煮馬鈴薯作為配菜,是一道很家常的法國料理。<br />
