*材料(約10-12個):
糖-------100g
奶油------100g
自發粉-----100g
蛋-------2隻
泡打粉-----1/2 tsp
牛奶------15ml
鮮奶油-----少許
*做法:
預熱焗爐至180c。牛油置於室溫中待軟約20分鐘。
自發粉和泡打粉拌勻,篩好備用。

備好以上所有後,奶油應該已經足夠軟了!
把奶油放進大盤中打發。接著加入糖轉高速打發至淺黃色。

分三至四次,邊加蛋汁邊打發。每次要完全打勻。

加入牛奶,用fold-in的方式拌勻成麵糊。若然不知道什麼叫fold-in,可參考Christine的文章。
